Perpetual use
Every version you were entitled to stays yours to use, ship and deploy, for as long as you like.
-
12 months of updates
Every release published while your window is open is yours, including the ones that land on the last day. When the window closes the license lapses: it keeps working, only the ceiling stops moving.
-
Registry access

If you decide not to renew you will only be missing updates. The versions you already have are yours. A renewal costs $1,500, bought when it suits you. It is never charged automatically.
